Very cold and disappointing
Positive: I like that I could find it easily
Negative: We froze the entire night. Floor has zero insulation and no rugs. The wall heater unit which is useless in alaska was set for 74 and it never reached above 50 the entire night. There was no heater fan and We used all the blankets to stay warm together. When alerting staff the next day they basically laughed at us and no discount nothing. They simply were rude and didn’t care. This is NOT a winter place to stay!

I'd stay here again.
Positive: Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Negative: Hard to find - map didn't take us right to it. Could use a 2nd bedside table.
