We’re thrilled to have you here. To help everyone enjoy their stay, please follow these simple cabin rules:

🏡 Cabin Rules

Check-In / Check-Out

 

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM (If you wish to check-in before 4 pm, please communicate with us earlier in the day to see if it is possible)

     
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

     
  • Please leave the cabin clean and tidy.

     

No Smoking 🚭
 

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. There is a $250 fine for smoking in the cabins.

Pets 🐾

 

  • Pets only allow if paid for and approved in advance. Service animals are allowed with prior approval.

     

Quiet Hours 😴

 

  • 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

     
  • Be respectful to fellow guests and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

     

Campfires & Grilling 🔥

 

  • Fires of any kind are NOT allowed at Roberts Lodge.

     

 

Cancellations:

Booked Through a Third-Party Site (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia)?

Please note that cancellations for reservations made through these platforms are subject to their specific policies. You’ll need to contact them directly to manage your booking.

Booked Directly on RobertsLodge.com or via Phone?

  • Day-of-Arrival Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation on the day you are scheduled to arrive, you must notify us no later than 4:00 PM.
  • Early Departures (Multi-Night Stays): If you are currently staying with us and decide to shorten your multi-night reservation, you may cancel the remaining portion of your stay. To avoid being charged for that night, notification must be provided by 10:00 AM on the day of your new departure date. This window allows our team sufficient time to clean and prepare the cabin for the next guest.

Policy Note: Reservations made through third-party platforms or Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) are subject to the specific cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking on those respective sites.

Incidentals hold

A temporary incidentals hold will be placed on your card at check-in or shortly before depending reservation channel and timing. This is a standard pre-authorization to cover any potential damages or extra charges during your stay. The hold is typically released within 3–7 business days after departure, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Amount: $150 per stay.
